Add an install script for Mailman mailing list web user interface

There is a Virtualmin admin interface for mailman that puts the mailman web interface inside of virtualmin. This is good, but what is needed is a similar script to install the web interface on a virtual server/domain.

The instructions on the mailman site are clear, however somewhat complicated for a typical user.
