I looked at the server logs and all I see that might be informative is:
[Sat Apr 14 09:54:45 2012] [warn] [client 24.121.227.185] mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 31 seconds, referer: http://sumariscenter.org/admin/index.php?lang=en&agreelicense=1 [Sat Apr 14 09:54:45 2012] [warn] [client 24.121.227.185] (110)Connection timed out: mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function, referer: http://sumariscenter.org/admin/index.php?lang=en&agreelicense=1
Also, the really interesting part is I installed moodle on a different domain just yesterday without any problems. That url is http://lhcserver.com. Then after purchasing the pro version I can't install moodle.

Looks like some part of the Moodle install process took longer than the PHP script timeout.
Try un-installing it from the problem domain, then going to Server Configuration -> Website Options and setting "Maximum PHP script run time" to something like 600 seconds.
Then re-try the install.

Great - I will have Virtualmin do this automatically for Moodle in future.
