firstly, there doesn't seem to be any preview button with this config.
secondly, when configuring virtualmin to allow previews on the main server domain, the subdomain is not being written to the nginx config file in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/domainname.com on line 2, which is causing the preview url domainname.serverdomain.com to fail.

Thanks for pointing this out .. this will be fixed in the next Virtualmin release (3.92)
