I can see that virtualmin create a NS record wit hostname value for all created domains ! But I think this is wrong.
I've configured virtualmin wizard to use : ns1.mydomain.com ns2.mydomain.com as the nameservers and they're all set. my hostname is : sv.mydomain.com
Why virtualmin creates a NS record for sv.mydomain.com in all dns records ? I'm getting error from http://intodns.com/ when I check my dns records validty.
This just fix when I use ns1.mydomain.com as the hostname which doesn't make sense at all !

By default, Virtualmin uses your server's hostname as master NS entry.
You can configure that behavior in the server template, section "BIND DNS Domain". Look for the entry "Master DNS server hostname: Automatic (from system's hostname) / Hostname".
I see this has been fixed in recent version of virtualmin.
