Several package versions not updated on install

After installing on RHEL-3 as set up by EV1 servers, several packages are not updated or are out of date.

Both yum and up2date report everything is current. Is there an easy way to update these packages?

PHP version 4.3.2 as installed by RH
Current version: 4.4.0
Current version: 5.0.5
Package Tree - Vendor Red Hat

Apache version: 2.0.46 as installed by RH
Current version: 2.0.54
Package Tree - Vendor none

Clam AV version: 0.86.2 as installed by Virtualmin
Current version: 0.87 released (Fri, 16 Sep 2005)
Package Tree - Virtualmin, inc.

This causes an install failure:

The ClamAV program clamscan does not appear to be working properly :

Either adjust the path on the module configuration page, or disable this feature.

MySQL - mysql-server 3.23.58-16.RHEL3.1 as installed by RH
Current version: 4.1.14
Package Tree - Vendor Red Hat

[root@server root]# yum update
Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)
Server: Red Hat Enterprise 3ES - i386 - Virtualmin
Server: Virtualmin Distribution Neutral
Finding updated packages
Downloading needed headers
No Packages Available for Update
No actions to take

I was expecting current versons of these packages (and others) to be installed and/or updated. Am I mistaken?
