I cannot FTP into my virtual server. I am using Filezilla to connect to Linux server. Error is connection could not be made.

Could you post the full error message?
Also, is the FTP server running on your VIrtualmin system? You should be able to see this on the System Information page, in the "Status" section.

You may want to take a look at the entry named "FTP Service isn't working" here at the end of this document:
http://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/web/faq
It describes how, in many cases, you can use a kernel module to resolve the issue you're seeing.
