I have 1 master domain 'domain.co.uk' and i nedd two aliases 'domain.org.uk' and 'domain.org' If i do: 1) create virtual host 'domain.co.uk' 2) create alias 'domain.org.uk' 3) create alias 'domain.org' At hte thirth step I get '"virtualmin alias Failed to create virtual server : The username prefix domain already exist"
The only way to get virtualmin create the two aliases is to create first the alias 'domain.org' and after the 'domain.org.uk'

The issue here is that the prefix is chosen based on the shortest available prefix of the domain name ... so domain.co.uk gets domain , domain.org.uk gets domain.org , and then domain.org has no prefix it can use :-(
The work-around till I fix this is to go to System Settings -> Virtualmin Configuration -> Defaults for new domains and change "Domain name style in username" to "Full domain name".
