FTP User UID/GID and Homedir Not Updated When Changing Virtual Server Ownership

Howdy,

When using "Move Virtual Server" to change the ownership of a site to another parent, FTP users belonging to that virtual server aren't updated.

The UID, GID, and home directory would all need to be changed to that of the new parent.
