Bulk restore wipes out unix user accounts

Performing a bulk restore of databases wipe every unix account that was not associated with a virtual server. We're running Virtualmin 3.89 and were doing a bulk restore of virtual servers to a new server. We did not restore any Virtualmin settings and we confirmed that Reallocate UIDS and GID option was checked.

How did you do this restore exactly?

A Virtualmin restore shouldn't touch users not associated with a domain being restored ..

Ok, that seems reasonable ..

So which Unix accounts got deleted ... system users like nobody , or other accounts? And what GID did these other accounts have?
