"Submit Support Ticket" process reported failure though submission was successful

I submitted a support ticket a few minutes ago. Checking the current issues, I can see that the submission was actually successful. However, the process indicated otherwise:

Collecting detailed system information .. .. done.

Sending support ticket to virtualmin.com .. .. failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

What IP did you submit your support ticket from? I'm not seeing any 500 errors for bug.php in the logs ..
