I am unable to use the feature. When I click on it I get 'VNC has been configured on this system by Cloudmin, but the VNC server on port 5902 on host system guest is not accessible. If it was just enabled, the system will need to be rebooted before VNC is available'
However I am able to connect to the guest using TightVNC from a remote location pointing to the hosts IP and port 5902 or what ever the guest has picked for port.
Am I missing something? maybe the javavnc client?
ps shows the vnc flag as: '-vnc :2' for that guest
Any suggestions?
Thanks

This could happen if there is a firewall blocking connections on port 5902 from the Cloudmin master to the host system.
You could check this by logging into the master, and then trying to connect to port 5902 with a command like :
telnet kvmhostsystem 5902
if this doesn't connect or times out, check for any firewall rules on the host system or intermediate devices.

Thank you, that was the problem. After adding the ports to iptables on the host it started working.
