changes don't happen

When i change password or limits or services (in Edit Virtual server for example), after a while, options changed came back to early state as i never change it.
Im using Virtual GPL

I reported this weird thing for 3.48 version. In that version if you erased a domain, appeared in the list after a while. Trying to erase again removed /var/spool/mail folder. So far this doesn't happen with 3.49
