Sub-server template option

When a user logs in to Virtualmin and :-

Create Virtual Server >> Under Sub Server :- the Server configuration template shows the template that I have created for this purpose , for example, sub server xyztemplate chosen as the first option. However, the default settings template also appears as an option in the list.

The Default settings template should not be an option as in Default settings >> Basic settings and usage >> I have left the area unchecked in the 'Server owners' option but this is not taking effect from the user side in Virtualmin.
