Changing quota command line options

I have a directory mounted from an NFS server that isn't running rpc.rquotad. When the collectinfo.pl cron script runs and does the quota checks, it sends me an email full of these errors every 5 minutes:

quota: Error while getting quota from 207.158.59.198:/bgi5 for 525: Connection refused

The way around this on the command line would be to pass the -l flag to quota to prevent it from checking non-local filesystems. It appears I can do this in the Quota Commands config section of Virtualmin, but I'm not sure of the full quota command that Virtualmin is currently running so I don't know what to put in the blanks other than "quota -l".
