Why are the following packages forced to be installed in CentOS when not used ??
wbm-virtualmin-svn
wbm-virtualmin-registrar
wbm-virtualmin-init
wbm-virtualmin-davStatus:

They can be used if you want ... they are Virtualmin plugins. You can enable or disable them at System Settings -> Features and Plugins.

The debian builds don't have those requirements. I just don't see why those have to be installed if not used, only causes people/clients to ask more questions.

None of them get activated by default though ... users would have to explicitly enable those plugins before they show up in the UI.
