Howdy! If you haven't already, you may want to enable Greylisting, which can significantly reduce spam.
You can do that in Email Messages -> Email Greylisting.
If you have additional questions on how to reduce spam -- the support area here is for Virtualmin Pro customers. For folks using Virtualmin GPL, we'd encourage you to starting a forum thread on the subject. We monitor the forums, along with lots of wonderful folks in the community. Thanks!

i found out that spamassassin sometime fails to run proper if not running in spamc/spamd mode, so try and check in procmail.log if you have error and then just switch spamassassin around and i when from 20-30 spams a day to 0

Thanks for the info!
What sort of problems were you seeing in the procmail log when that was happening?

Aha! I remember that issue, I just didn't remember that you were the one who submitted that issue :-)
So, one thing that Jamie suggested is to run this command as root:
/etc/webmin/virtual-server/spamconfig.pl
If somewhere along the way, SpamAssassin's config files changed -- it's possible that the individual Virtual Server procmail files may need to be updated. Although this should happen automatically, if for some reason that above command isn't running regularly (it should be running from cron) -- manually running it may resolve the issue.
If you run the above command, are you then able to use the standalone version of SpamAssassin?
