Add ""Extra command-line parameters for compression command " to backup settings

Hi

Please, may you add to cloudmin an option in backup setting:

"Extra command-line parameters for compression command "

as virtualmin

With this options we can create rsyncable backup.

Good idea .. I will add a field for this at Cloudmin Settings -> Cloudmin Configuration -> Backup Options in the next release.
