FTP user created but not working...

Hi Guys,

I have a client that needs to provide FTP access to their customers. They only want me to create one extra FTP use and I used the create "Add a website FTP access user" and see that the user is created but it doesn't allow the user to login, I get "permission denied". Being smart I search the site and found that one other person had issues and updating the /bin/false/ to /bin/sh or bash in my case didn't yield any better results. So moving forward any ideas?
