Webmin -> System -> Enable Quotas does not work at all. It just reloads the page.

Howdy -- a few questions regarding your setup:
Are you using a VPS? If so, what kind of VPS is it?
What is the output of the command "mount"?
What are the contents of the /etc/fstab and /etc/mtab files?
