Software versions formatting error

The version display is a bit wonky on my boxes:

Operating system Redhat Linux Perl version 5.008006
Path to Perl /usr/bin/perl BIND version 9.3.1
Postfix version 2.1.5 Mail injection command /usr/lib/sendmail -t
Apache version 2.0.52 PHP module version
PHP module version 5.0.4-10 Webalizer version 2.01-10
Logrotate version 3.7.1 MySQL version 4.1.11
PostgreSQL version 8.0.3 SpamAssasssin version 3.0.3
0.85.1

And another:

Operating system Redhat Enterprise Linux 4ES Perl version 5.008005
Path to Perl /usr/bin/perl BIND version 9.2.4
Postfix version 2.1.5 Mail injection command /usr/lib/sendmail -t
Apache version 2.0.52 PHP module version
PHP module version 4.3.9-3.7 Webalizer version 2.01-10
Logrotate version 3.7.1 MySQL version 4.1.10
PostgreSQL version 7.4.8 ProFTPd version 1.210
SpamAssasssin version 3.0.4 0.86.1

In short, PHP Module shows up twice (once without a version) and there is an extraneous number at the bottom with no label (0.85.1 and 0.86.1 in the above).
