It is probably not a common use case, so not really urgent.
I installed Cloudmin GPL and upgraded to Pro.
Then I rerun the GPL installer, after that I get the "red box" and ".. a problem was detected : No valid licence was found for your host ID and license key GPL"
Probably the key got deleted, unfortunately the menu "Upgrade Cloudmin is missing now" in Cloudmin settings. So now (easy) way to upgrade again.

You should be able to solve this by downloading the Pro installer from http://www.virtualmin.com/serial and re-running that ..
