Trying to install an instance of Bugzilla in a test server, hangs on
Now installing Bugzilla version 3.6.5 ..
atop shows checksetup.pl with 100% CPU load, and tons of processes named stty get quickly and endlessly spawned and terminated.

Sounds like checksetup.pl is choking on the input Virtualmin is giving it.
Does your domain have an "unusual" description or password (containing quotes or backslashes for example) ?

I'll try this again this evening, but as far as I remember, I had an empty description and password "123" in that test vserver. Also, other scripts worked okay in that same VS.
