Is it on the roadmap to add support for service providers like gogrid who offer an api to create and manage instances?

No .. Cloudmin is more for users who want to create their own private cloud that could potentially compete with gogrid, so it would make little sense to add support for the APIs of gogrid, rackspace and so on. Admittedly we do support EC2, but that was done before they had a nice web UI .. and EC2 is by far the biggest such service.
