Hey Jamie,
During the setup wizard run after install on SL6, Virtualmin says it doesn't know how to configure ClamAV; the packages in EPEL have had a major overhaul/restructuring, and now there is a default clamd iniscript. The method of setting it up we've been using (copying/modifying a file and creating a new virtualmin-clamd daemon) still works, but the clamd-wrapper file has moved to /usr/share/clamav/clamd-wrapper (it should have always been there, since nothing but initscripts should go in /etc/init.d, but I don't modify the EPEL packages when they exist).
Anyway, if Virtualmin was able to detect a valid clamd initscript, it could just enable it during the setup wizard stage. No additional configuration is needed.
This is the last blocking issue I know about for SL6/RHEL6 support, but I might find new ones once I get past this one.

Hey Joe - what's the exact error message you are seeing there? Also, do you have a test system I can login to in order to debug this?
I bet Virtualmin is just looking in the wrong place for the ClamAV init script.
"However, Virtualmin does not know how to enable the ClamAV server scanner on your system. You will need to set it up manually."
initscript is /etc/init.d/clamd
I'll see if I can open a port to the world (I'm on my 4G network with a new router, so not entirely sure).

Ok, I see the cause .. I just checked in a fix for this that you can try out :
https://github.com/virtualmin/virtualmin/commit/5fdd982e49ee97b3d5bc5678...
Looks good. No other issues are visible in my testing, so far, so you can go ahead and roll 3.86 whenever it's convenient. If anything else comes up as I deploy on the new servers, I'll patch and re-roll, as needed.

Ok, the 3.86 version has been branched and tested, and GPL packages built.
Also, there is an 8.1 theme version that can go out too (for both Webmin and Usermin).
