WP 3.1.3 is out and I edited the wordpress.pl and uped the version then I went to the admin script installers and tried to mass upgrade all WP sites.
Only the first domain gets update and the rest fails with....
Installing in domain xxxxxxxx ..
Configuring Apache PHP settings ..
.. already done.
Failed to extract source : Not a compressed file
.. failed! See the error message above for the reason why.Status:

Looks like I broke this function in Virtualmin 3.85 unfortunately :-(
The fix is to edit
/usr/share/webmin/virtual-server/mass_scripts.cgiand delete the line :&cleanup_tempnames();Virtualmin 3.86 will fix this properly..

Thanks for the quick workaround.
On my CentOS server the file was at /usr/libexec/webmin/virtual-server/mass_scripts.cgi.
