updates to Virtualmin packages are available?

Hello, our host, Cruzio, set us up with your virtualmin which i see now has 17 updates to Virtualmin packages are available - i am not familiar with server administration, should we install all of these? Does this process keep the server up to date? What is our operating system?

Yes, you should install all of these, so that your system is up to date ..
