If I create a new subversion repo on a subserver, then create a new user and assign them access to the subversion repo during creation, the user authentication does not work (only report is "Authentication Failed")
However, if I then go and change the user''s password, they can access the repo fine.
I didn't have time to troubleshoot this; just wanted to get the report in for you. If you need further assistance with it, just ask whatever questions you have and I'll see what I can come up with.

Yes, someone else reported this just recently - it is a bug in the SVN plugin for Virtualmin. It will be fixed in the next release (version 4.9).
