I installed the git module and everything works basically.
But there is an SSL issue. In delete.cgi the prefix http is hardcoded (around line 47). But it should be always https by default for security reasons (but at least if SSL is enabled for the virtual server).

Thanks for pointing this out - I will fix this in the next release of the git plugin for Virtualmin.
