Have you enabled any additional plugins in AWstats, or are you just using the default configuration?
If you turned on the
hostinfo

yes i did enable some pluging
when i log in from server i am still getting
error: plug init for plugin "timezone" failed with return code error: disable plugin if timezone is 0(plugin useless)
you want me to restart the server or any thing

I would suggest installing the missing Perl module, with the command :
perl -MCPAN -e "install Net::XWhois"
