What is /etc/resolv.conf set to on that server? It's possible that the nameservers it's setup to use aren't working properly.

This is whats in the /etc/resolv.conf

nameserver 127.0.0.1 domain he****ul-tr****g.com

If you login to the system and run :

dig google.com

what does it output?

Also, what is your system's IP address again so I can login to it?

I can't SSH into that IP - it isn't accepting my key.

Have you granted remote support access on that system?

Not that server I don't it don't run pro on that 1

I am going to do a fresh install...

Will post when finshed . Ip will be the same .

I believe the confusion is that you had emailed Jamie a username, password, and IP address to use for logging in previously... but I think he's long since deleted that. We don't generally keep those around longer than we have to -- nobody wants their system's root password sitting indefinitely in our inboxes :-)

If you send an email to both Jamie and I (jamie@virtualmin.com, eric@virtualmin.com) containing the login information for that server and a link to this support request, we'll take a look and figure out what's going on.

Thanks!

Ok just email y'all the info
