A user in the forums was wishing for the ability to edit the fcgi wrapper scripts, because they contain several configuration knobs.
I'm not sure if we really want to make them freely editable (easy to break, and not much point in editing most options as they are deployment specific). Maybe just add a knob for PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN, which defaults to 4 and refuses to allow anything less than 1.
