My server is CentOS 5.5 and run normal around one years ,
Today , my client report error . I find the maillog show the following error....
The error is only happen in sometime. And sometime normally when i sent the test mail .
#Apr 9 09:44:02 ns24 postfix/local[28116]: 3532CB697A: to=user@domainname.com, relay=local, delay=0.9, delays=0.26/0/0/0.64, dsn=5.3.0, status=bounced (Command died with status 241: "/usr/bin/procmail-wrapper -o -a $DOMAIN -d $LOGNAME")
#The message bounced to the sender and show command died with status 241.
I had reboot my server , but can't solve the problem.
Any body have the same problem before ?
Any suggest can done ?

I've never seen exit status 241 before from procmail, and googling it doesn't find anything ..
What gets logged to /var/log/procmail.log when this happens?

The procmail.log show the below error....
procmail: Program failure (-15) of "/etc/webmin/virtual-server/lookup-domain.pl" procmail: Program failure (-15) of "/etc/webmin/virtual-server/lookup-domain.pl"
Is it any problem of lookup-doamin.pl ?

Is your system perhaps low on RAM? That may be one reason why the lookup-domain script is failing ..
