Looks like something isn't quite right in the setup for allowing new Virtualmin users to view the process list. While they can't kill/terminate others processes, they can see them.
I don't think it's a huge problem, but it will just confuse people on a huge system with hundreds of virtual domains running and make the process list less useful. They want to see their own processes, not everybodies (unless they're nosier than they ought to be).
