As described on the the title. Is there anyway to prevent it from happening?

Hi Ken -- anytime Apache receives a request for a website that isn't defined within it as a Virtual Host, it will display the default website.
The default website can be defined by choosing a domain from the drop-down list on the top-left of Virtualmin, then going into Server Configuration -> Website Options, and setting the Default Website option.
Alternatively, you could always create a new Virtual Server, using the IP address as the domain name.
Hopefully that'll get you fixed up! For future reference, rememer that the Support Tracker here is for Virtualmin Pro customers... if you're using Virtualmin GPL, you'll want to use the Forums for support. Thanks!
