My ClamAV version seems very old (0.94.2) while my installation is new. How can I upgrade to the current version ?

Howdy -- yeah, that ClamAV package is what comes with Debian Lenny.
While your installation may be new, Debian Lenny is two years old, and most vendors don't make significant changes to the package versions they provide after they begin shipping the distribution.
One thing you could do is to enable the Volatile Debian repository, which would include a newer ClamAV package. There's details on how to do that here: http://www.debian.org/volatile/
