I noticed in our maillog this postfix error:
warning: SASL authentication problem: unable to open Berkeley db /etc/sasldb2: No such file or directory
I had a browse of your mail-setup.pl script and compared that with my postfix master.cf file and noticed that "-o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes" was not included. There is one of those line at the the top of the file so I commented it out and the error has gone.
Just thought I'd let you know.
