There is an option for the user to search usermin help. Well, no matter what we type, can't find a thing, so, my guess is it is broken.

Where are you seeing this search option exactly?
There is one that appears if you click on the "Usermin" link on the top left, and it will work for searching for text strings in modules.

Ok, so, say in webmin -> usermin configuration -> available modules, I have System Documentation turned on. So, user logs into usermin.
Now they click on the usermin tab (wish there wasn't one, but there is). They select system documentation, from the appropriate category (wish there were not categories, but there are). So, on that screen, you see a checkbox for usermin help. ONLY check that one. Search for, say, mail. Check name and contents if you wish. Search for anything you want, I've yet to find anything in usermin help that brings up anything using that screen.

The "system documentation" module is usually for searching man pages, which is something very few mailbox users will need to do. Is there a reason why you want to grant access to this module? You can control which modules are visible at Webmin -> Usermin Configuration -> Available Modules.

Yes, I suppose my weak reason is that EVEN IF there is only one guy on a server that wants to do it, I want to provide it.
What I was hoping for in THIS case, was, actual user usermin help! So, user could search for how to do things.

I had a look, and I found a bug that was preventing that Usermin module from working .. unfortunately it is very rarely used, so I didn't notice it was broken :-(
This will be fixed in the next Usermin release. Thanks for finding this bug!
