Under some circumstance that I haven't yet identified, the new php handling code zeroes out the php4.fcgi and php5.fcgi scripts. Gotten a couple of independent reports of it. I haven't reproduced it here yet, and it happens independently--some domains don't exhibit the problem, while others do. It must have some relation to making changes to the configuration or installing scripts.
