The corresponding HTML code for the table headers looks (in my case) like this:
<td ><b>Domain name</b></td> <td ><b>Username</b></td> <td ><b><br></b></td> <td ><b>Users</b></td> <td ><b>Aliases</b></td> <td ><b>Created</b></td> <td ><b>Website?</b></td> <td ><b>DNS?</b></td> <td ><b>Email?</b></td> <td ><b>MySQL?</b></td>

What do you mean by the column being missing exactly? A screenshot would be useful ..
It appears OK for me.

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear enough.
The caption of the column header "Email" (as in server owner contact email address) is present, but blank. I can click on it to change sorting order though. The HTML code excerpt shows a "br" tag instead of a text. Screenshot is attached.
