When we create a new VPS, i.e. CloudMin > Create System > Create XEN Instance we can set how much RAM / CPU / etc the VPS needs, but not bandwidth limits. Please add a field to specify bandwidth limits as well

Reasonable request .. I will add this in the next release (4.9).
