Joe mentioned that if a script (from Script Installer) is installed and uninstalled in \public_html, whatever contents in public_html will be deleted.
It may be appropriate to include some sort of pop-up or warning notice at the Script Installer interface to notify the administrator of the danger and encourage them to set up scripts in their individual sub-directory.
