I did a licence renewal on 5.8.2010, payed through paypal. Up to today I still get a message when starting virtualmin up, claiming my licence had expired. When I go to virtualmin.com there's no serial or licence information fo this renewal. My account though stll shows the purchase done. Order# was 3420.
Please fix this, even if it is just an annoiance for me.
Regards Boris Vogeler

Yeah, it looks like your order went through just fine... it may need to be manually applied. I'm passing this over to Jamie who can handle that for you. Thanks for using Virtualmin!

It looks like the cause of this problem is that there are no licences under your BorisVogeler account.
What is your virtual serial number? It should appear on the System Information page..

Here's what I've got:
The licence under BorisVogeler was always there and disappeared some time after the renewal.
Thanks for your help.

Oh, interesting, I didn't remember. Please push it over to BorisVogeler. I guess I had to switch to the new account because access to my mail-server had been lost.
Thanks for your support.
the change is already applied to my virtualmin, thank you.
