I have found that I am unable to save some changes I make to the BIND DNS sub-server template. Namely, the "Address records for new domains" section, I unpick everything except for Domain Name, since they are unnecessary for me for sub-domains.
But no matter how many times I save it, those options keep turning themselves back on. I've seen this behavior on an Ubuntu 8.04 system, and my cleanly installed CentOS 5.5. I can provide access to the server if needs be, I would like to get this issue fixed ASAP

Does it help if you select "Records below" from the radio box at the top of that page?

Oh god, I facepalmed so hard that I'd missed that setting. BUT, I'm presented with a new problem:
Failed to save server template : No DNS records entered

Hmm, that's really a Virtualmin bug. The work-around is to add a single 'fake' record to the DNS records textbox, like :
@ IN TXT "hello world"
