Missing file to open at postfix::../web-lib-funcs.pl line 1918

This seems to be a resurection of bug# 280.

I did some perl updates and now can not add users to a virtual site nor can I add any additional virtual sites. The error in both cases is:

Failed to create virtual server : Missing file to open at postfix::../web-lib-funcs.pl line 1918

I've been getting a similar message, prior to the perl updates, when creating a virtual server but with webalizer. I did however complete the creation of the virtual site.
