https://coastlandtech.com:2000 stop answering.. So I check /etc/init.d/unsermin status found it stopped. tried to start it and it is still stopped.. Not sure where the logs are but I could use a pointer or let someone to jump in find it for me.. :-)

Howdy -- Usermin is actually on 20000, rather than 2000... however, it seems neither of those is listening :-)
I attempted to login over SSH, but it doesn't look like SSH is listening on port 22. Do you by chance have SSH running on an alternate port?

I have firewall up to stop ssh except from an IP... If you tell me your IP I will open it open.. I thought open the support would let you get in... Thanks Don

A ps showed I had more than one copy of webmin running, so after killing them all it restarted with out a problem..
Thanks Don

Ah, that's great, nice catch.
And yeah, the Remote Support module doesn't make any modifications to the firewall rules, so folks that use a firewall to allow specific IP's would need to manually add our IP addresses.
If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know. And then, we'll get you those IP addresses :-)
