On 6/8 I purchased a "Virtualmin Unlimited Annual Renewal" for my License that I first purchase on 05/19/2007 and allowed to expire 05/19/2010. I've recently tried to activate this license and I am not sure what I am missing - I click "recheck" license and so on, and it simply does not "see" that I have a license renewal.
I retired the system that this virtualmin license was on. I installed VirtualMin GPL and used the 'upgrade to pro' link to activate this license (eventhough it was expired). Then I purchased the "Renewal" and tried the various checks and that's where I am stuck.
Thanks for any help you can provide (even if it is to "read this obvious link you missed dude") Jeremy

What was the serial number of this licence?
I see you currently have two unlimited licences :
5555878 expiring on 2012-01-25 129809 expiring on 2010-05-19

I missed something here? Who is Michele? I'm not going to post my license stuff here. Can you just email me directly at my gmail account? No one has applied my renewal.
Weird. Maybe more than one post open and the replies got crossed?
Thanks for looking into this - Jeremy Ciaramella

Note that in order to avoid confusion, and exposure of license information, you should mark the ticket private if it is about license issues or other such things.
