I think the function/information when creating a new server is misleading.
Create MySQL database?

If selected, a new empty MySQL database will be created for use by this domain. The database will be given the same name as the domain's user.

If I choose NOT to install a empty database when I create a server, the possibility to create a database afterwords is gone. This option should be called something like "Can use MySQL...", by how it works at the moment.
This option in Module Config should choose the permisson to use or not use:
- MySQL setup and configuration enabled? (Yes) (Yes, but not by default) (No)
This option in Virtual server template details (MySQL database) should have a new option:
- Create empty database (Yes) (No)
And if (No) is choosen the option to create a database at a later state should still exist.
The way things work now I have to create a empty database on server creation to have the option to create others later on.
Just a suggestion... hmmm no it's a wish.
