sub-domain makes sub-server folders

A sub-domain uses ~/public_html/subdom and ~/cgi-bin/subdom folders, but I noticed that it also makes ~/domains/subdom.dom.com/* folders too, like a sub-server does. Obviously it doesn't need to make both as only one set is used, and having the extra is likely to lead to confusion.

If my opinion has any weight I think that putting both types of servers in the domains folder makes the most sense. Maybe the main virtual server too.

A nice feature to add would be to be able to define the location and structure of the various server directories via a template or something. This would allow to better meet the personal preferences of the admin.
