Hello,
Most of the incomming email is marked as spam. Also normal email is marked as spam. Is it possible that the greylisting is causing this?

No, greylisting doesn't cause mail to be marked as spam - it just delays mail that is possibly from spammers.
The cause may be out-of-date spamassassin rules. Try SSHing in as root and running
sa-update
.There's a common bug in old rules files that can cause all mail sent in 2010 to be classified as spam! To fix this, edit
/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
and add the line :score FH_DATE_PAST_20XX 0.0
