It looks like you have the RPMForge/DAG software repository enabled.
Unfortunately, packages in it can conflict with those provided by Virtualmin.
If you're interested in just a handful of packages, what I'd recommend doing is taking a look at the "includepkgs" option for the RPMForge repo file.
What you could do is edit the RPMForge repository config file in /etc/yum.repos.d, and add a "includepkgs" line that lists the packages you're interested in from that particular repository.
